Several years ago, the current President of A For The People Insurance Agency, Inc., William J. Hawthorne, saw the need to create A For The People Institute.

The Institute works on two levels; as an option to give anyone with interest, the opportunity to invest in a career, rather than just a job and also to prepare well-trained and talented individuals for the insurance industry.

The Institute is a place where displaced workers, young adults, veterans, and anyone with the true desire to succeed, can get the training and licensing necessary to become a Licensed Insurance Professional. A For The People Institute will produce qualified Insurance Agents and Insurance Industry Support Staff. We offer Certificates in Risk Management, Customer Service Specialists, and Claims Adjusters.
