CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES – CSRs - Customer service representatives are those individuals who work for licensed sales agents or brokers and who transact insurance services for the customers. For example, a customer representative would have the authority to make changes to an existing policy at a client's request, or sell new policies as needed without initially getting the agent involved. They are typically salaried employees who work at the agent's office performing customer service tasks, allowing the agent to meet clients or generate business outside of the office.
SALES PRODUCER - Insurance agents and brokers, commonly called producers, must be licensed by every state in which they sell insurance products. Agents represent one or more insurance companies, while brokers represent the client, but both provide insurance products to people who need them. Pennsylvania requires you to have pre-licensing education before you take the license exam.
CLAIMS ADJUSTER - Claims adjusters are the professionals who identify costs involved in a claim (theft or accident) and negotiate with all the interested parties to reach an appropriate settlement.

THOUGHTFUL MIND INSPIRING QUOTE -
HAPPINESS
“ Never continue in a job you don't enjoy. If you're happy in what you're doing, you'll like yourself, you'll have inner peace. And if you have that, along with physical health, you will have had more success than you could possibly have imagined. ”
― Johnny Carson
THOUGHTFUL MIND INSPIRING QUOTE -
The unsuccessful person is burdened by learning, and prefers to walk down familiar paths. Their distaste for learning stunts their growth and limits their influence.
